Our minimum order quantity for single solid color styles is 25  pieces per style, with mixed sizes. For printed/embroidered/custom styles, we require a minimum of 50 pieces per style, with mixed sizes.  However, the minimum may vary depending on your specific design details,  as different aspects of the design can impact the required minimum  order quantity. We can provide you with more precise guidance after  reviewing your design details.

We differentiate ourselves from other clothing manufacturers by focusing  specifically on producing women's and children's wear. Our expertise  encompasses all the critical stages of garment manufacturing, from  pattern making to delivering the finished product to your doorstep,  tailored to your exact design and specification. The designing aspect  can also be covered with inputs from your team. 

At our custom clothing manufacturing company, we do not have fixed  prices. To determine the cost of producing your garments, we require  specific information such as your design details, material  specifications (including the base fabric), and the total quantity of  items you would like us to produce. As a "made-to-order" clothing  manufacturer, we specialize in tailoring our production to meet your  specific needs. It would be premature to provide you with a random price without first  understanding your design, specifications, and total quantity.

Our manufacturing capabilities cover a wide range of woven and knitted  (hosiery) garments for men, women, and children. We have extensive  expertise in various techniques such as embroidery, fabric printing,  yard dye, natural dye, sequins and beaded works, hand smocking, washing effects, and more.

We've got you covered  with crew neck tees, polos, hoodies, camis, dresses of all lengths and  styles (tunic, maxi, long, flared, wrapped, pleated, etc.), gowns,  blouses, scarves, skirts, jackets, coats, and more. We even have bridal  gowns and cocktail dresses! And for those seeking modest Islamic attire,  we offer abayas, pencil and long skirts, pants, harem and fisherman  pants, pyjamas, kaftans, and other styles.

Children & New Born -

We offer a wide range of apparel for new parents and babies, including  rompers, onesies, swaddles, maternity t-shirts, pants, pyjamas, denim  jeans with ribbed waistbands, tops, tunics, dresses, blouses, sleepwear,  and high-waisted skirts.

Men's wear -

We offer a wide variety of clothing options including crew neck  t-shirts, polo t-shirts, hoodies, various styles of shirts, pants,  pyjamas, shorts, jackets, blazers, coats, night suits, boxer shorts,  cargo pants, chinos, gym wear, horse riding breeches, and sports attire,  among others.

Being strategically located gives us easy access to a wide range of fabric and input materials. We maintain direct communication with various fabric mills, knitters, and large suppliers to ensure that we can offer tailor-made collections that suit your specific needs.

Rather than relying on our own stock, we source materials based on the requirements provided by our clients. This includes both woven and knitted fabric categories. In the event that the desired fabric is not readily available, we have the ability to get it knitted or woven by our team in the mill(s), provided that the custom fabric quantity meets the required minimums.

We have the capability to offer a wide range of textile printing techniques, including but not limited to hand block printing, perrotine printing, engraved copperplate printing, roller, cylinder, or machine printing, stencil printing, screen printing, and digital textile printing.

To begin the printing process, all you need to do is provide us with the print pattern or design in PDF format. We will create a sample or Strike Off for your approval before proceeding with bulk production.

We offer comprehensive private label clothing manufacturing services. We provide a detailed cost estimate that covers every aspect of creating the garment design, including different procedures such as pattern making, sourcing materials, grading, marking, input material costs, washing, ironing, layering, buttoning, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, packing, and more.

Due to the complexity of the process and the many different costs involved, it is not possible to provide a breakdown of each cost. However, our production price is all-inclusive, with the exception of shipping costs (ex-factory/FOB price). We provide you with a "ready-to-sell" garment that is carefully packaged in a clear poly bag with your custom label, size label, and tag. You can then either send it directly to your customer or display it in your store for sale. .

To achieve this, we have implemented a unique "7 step quality control process" that ensures that every piece we manufacture adheres to the highest possible standard.

Each product undergoes a stringent testing process at every critical stage of development, including the sourcing of fabric, procurement of grey fabric, printing or dyeing, line checking before cutting, line checking after sewing, measurement and hygiene checks after finishing, and final inspection before and after packaging.

Furthermore, our quality control  team meticulously checks each product for specific criteria, including the absence of holes, loose threads, stitching errors, stains, and printing mistakes. We also ensure that the product has been pre-shrunk, and its size is within 1 to 1.5 cm of the provided measurements. Our team affixes an OK sticker to each product that passes these checks before it is boxed, and we take care to ensure that the packing is of the highest quality.

Providing an estimated shipping cost requires information on both the  weight of the item and its intended destination. However, it's important  to note that shipping costs can vary due to fluctuating fuel surcharge  rates and taxes, and the actual shipping cost can be affected by the  weight of the item. Therefore, it's not feasible to provide an exact  shipping cost well in advance of shipment. To simplify the process, we  offer ex-factory or FOB pricing without freight. Once your order is  ready, we work with carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx to secure the  most cost-effective and hassle-free door-to-door delivery to any  location worldwide.

We always  welcome the opportunity to meet with potential clients, but please note  that we cannot accommodate unscheduled visits due to our team's prior  commitments. To ensure a productive meeting, we kindly ask that you  provide us with some details about your requirements, such as a tech  pack, sketches, or a sample image with quantity information.
